It has help offers (places to stay), help needed request. Many other areas focus on missing people and current situations needing to be addressed. They are doing a great job but Wiki's only work if people are willing to contribute information to the site.

Could somebody set up a website that people could sign up to sponsor or foster a family until they can get home? If you could keep one or two people in your home or if you can afford to put a family up in a motel until they can go home.
